Real Estate is one field where it really takes a warrior to fight his nail and tooth to make an impression. SEO for real estate is more or less a saturated area I would say unless you are clever enough to find new ideas. The traditional “overdo the competition” strategy won’t work with real estate websites, most of the times because of the fact that it’s difficult to turn over the authority quotient for the top ranking sites.
Not trying to sound sore here, but this is the truth. If you try SEO alone, you’re probably going to waste your time trying to score for the top keywords. But there’s hope. Most of the times, the problems begin to appear because of the following reasons.
However, with all these problems in place, it might still be possible to get some traction in the early days if you try a different approach/approaches.
Well, the above points holds good for any website targeting a competitive term/terms. Real Estate happens to be one field where the competition is so high that it’s easy for website owners and real estate agents to fall for the illusion that a three-five month long SEO process can get them to their results. No, it’s tough and the wise guys is one who understands it.
Most of the Indian Real Estate Sites are using Google Adwords. They are spending lot of money for advertising.

I think they have all reasons to. It’s a better option if you have the budget.

‘m sure I’m not the first to realise, but some of these tips can be applied much further than real estate.

Adwords are one way in, but the bidding for competitive keywords or keyphrases can really cause cause the costs to be exhorbitant, and if your budget is small a few clicks will kill it….
