Small but good. But Mani, what does the #4 tip mean. How does a title attribute in link can affect the SEO? Also note there is some error in the shortened URL for this page.

You can add to number 5 that when possible, keywords should be included in the URL for the target page, separating keywords with hyphens.
For example, a page about goldfish bowls might be:
http://www.thegoldfishexperience.com/goldfish-bowls/large-goldfish-bowls.html

Do you think Google wouldnt crawl links with NoFollow tag? I dont think there is any reason why Google would want to miss a chance to crawl the link.
Isnt it like this – when we use No Follow, Google takes the message that, the author is not very sure of the quality of the link. What do you think?
Thanks

You’re right. Google have made it clear that they might actually take a peek at the page, but not necessarily would “index” it or attach it within the network of the linked website. So nofollow tags technically doesnt mean creating a wall, Google wont crawl to the other side, but a transparent glass sort of – it takes a look at the other side but doesnt actually go there.
Makes sense ?
