Astronomy app for Android – Google SkyMap

Google launched a cool app last day at the Searchology event for the Android, its called the SkyMap and its seriously awesome  !

If you have an Android with the app installed, then you become an astronomer. The app lets you find information about the star shining right above you, all you need to do is point the phone upwards, and the app will give you all the information it has on the brightest stars, constellations and planets in that part of the sky.
