With the new Google PR updates, I thought this might be the right time to go for the site redesign I’ve been planning for quite some time. So here it is!
Daily SEO blog will now sport a new look. The new theme highlights content along with advertising options which was limited in the earlier design from Scott. It was an excellent theme with highly semantic coding and cross browser compatibilities. But the advertising real estate options were limited in it.
This theme is a free one called Green Wave 1.0 from Romow. I hope it runs smoothly, if at all you come across anything worth noting, please do let me know.

Mani,
The new theme looks good. But did you consider readability?
I’m a first time visitor of your blog, I felt its so difficult to read the text which is in gray color in white back ground. Do you think that readers need to strain their eyes so much for reading your blog?

Gopinath, good suggestion. I’m currently testing the best combination keeping in mind the ads as well as readability. This will be sorted soon.

one more thing I just saw, your footer color is too dark and makes anything written on it unreadable, you can change the font color to something lighter there

Keith, actually it was deliberate. The font was very evident at first, while there is no information significant there, I thought a dull colour would be perfect. I will change it once i put few good information there. you got an eye for details.appreciate that.

I love the new design Mani. Very professional.
2 suggestions : You should make the text in the footer white so that you can read the copyright. Also, I think adding myblog avatars would be good too. Email me if you need any help with it.

Hi Mani!
Good theme, brought in a bit of color, last one was way too minimalistic.
However I would like for you to check this:
1) Right sidebar, the articles are touching the border, consider giving it a 2-3 px padding so it looks distinct.
2) Recent comments are over lapping the small symbol that you have used for Bullets.
Everything else is fine! I have looked at your blog in FireFox 2.0, Opera and Internet Explorer 7.Looking good!
Consider some good content to your Footer. To get an idea for the footer, check out my Blog, I have divided it in 4 parts. It can be used effectively on your blog.

well nice design i liked the color combination…but i thnk there is slight problem in the first right sidebar >> in the recent comments section are getting overlapped on the names…i m using friefox with 1024*786 resolution.
