Changes are always welcome, and this one turns out to be pretty useful.
Google today announced that it has increased the size of search box length on its homepage (and SERPs) to fit in bigger search queries, more characters and thereby increase its focus on search.
We’ll also see a larger text size for the suggestions below the search box.
Although I’ve never felt that the old search box couldn’t contain longer searches, it was big enough. But now we have a bigger search box, good enough.
So, what’s bing up to ?

Yeah I thought the buttons looked bigger today. Looks like more of a push to long-tailed keyword phrases…
